I needed a chair that was heavy duty (sturdy), had padded seat and back, arm rests, and patterned vinyl for easy cleaning. I had to wait an extra 2-3 weeks because the material I wanted was out of stock. This chair assembled easily with two metal rails meshing one into the other at each corner of the padding. The fit is very tight. Instructions say to line it up, and your weight from sitting would complete the fit. I found that just your body weight did not completely mesh the metal rails together. I had to use a rubber mallet and carefully pound the pieces together. Took about 5-10 min to carefully assemble each chair.
