Ergonomic chair features adjustable seat height, tilt tension and tilt lock. The seat glide mechanism allows the seat cushion to move forward and back locking into position. The back reclines at a 2-to-1 ratio to the seat angle which allows the user to recline while keeping the seat relatively level with the floor. Back is 20-1/2"w x 24-1/2"h.
