New Chair

I ordered this chair because I was have problems with my back, neck and shoulders caused from sitting @ desk for long periods of time. I borrowed a chair from a sister agency for approximately 2 months and it seemed to make a difference. I chose this chair because it was the most similar one I could find in the catalog.

I ordered this chair, it came, we put it together. I was disappointed that it wasn't exactly the same as the other chair. The chair I received is not like the one in the picture in the catalog. The adjustment bar to adjust the bottom of the seat, shown @ the front of the seat, is not on the chair I received. I finally realized that they had replaced that bar with another lever/knob.

The only difference now is that the seat part does not tilt/rock, only the back moves back and forth. If you have a chair that the seat tilts/rocks as well as the back, I might be intereste in making a trade.

I have the original shipping box for the chair if there would be any possibility of a change.

Love, Love, Love the Chair

When reviewing the variety of many chairs either via on-line or when browsing through a catalog, you really don't know exactly what you're getting. All you have to go by is the info. provided by the vendor. The High Back Ergonomic Chair with Arms, Item No: 56453 was one of the best decisions that I had been given the responsiblity of making. My co-workers along with myself find the chairs very comfortable ,as well as, user friendly. The chair(s) has reached and exceeded my/our expectations!

Good Quality and Performs as Advertised

Decent Quality and performs well. Average comfort and does the job. The assembly direction left something to be desired and needs a bit more work. Service, however was great! We were notified every step of the way and delivery was made on time.
