Great quality chair for an affordable price

I am very pleased with the recent purchase of the Mid Back Ergonomic Chair with Arms. An affordable price for a good quality chair. I encountered no problems thru the process of ordering to receiving the product. I wouldn't hesitate to order from National Business Furniture in the future, and would gladly recommend them to anyone requiring office furniture.

The appearance of this chair is very nice, however it was painfully difficult to get together. While the directions are quite simple and there are not many parts, the holes didn't seem to line up so it took forever to get the arms of the chairs on.

The regular chairs were very disappointing to the staff we ordered them for. We were able to relocate these chairs to a less used area, and we will have to re-order chairs that are more appropriate.
