The product is generally of good quality, however, assembly was quite difficult. Following the instructions carefully, I reached a poit where final "tightening" was required. It was impossible to get the brackets to "lock" as shown. Additional efforts to do so would damage the chair. We are using the chair, but not comfortable with the fact that the brackets are still improperly connected.
